How to Request Deletion
Follow these three steps to permanently erase your account and data.
Compose Email
Send an email from your registered LinguaBridge account email to our privacy officer:

You must use the exact subject line below to trigger the automated verification process:
Confirmation
Once our team processes your request (typically within 72 hours), you will receive a Response Email of Successful Completion. This email serves as your legal certificate of erasure.
What happens next?
Permanent Loss: All learning progress, certificates, and saved content are destroyed.
Account Access: Your login credentials will be invalidated immediately upon completion.
Marketing Opt-out: You will be automatically scrubbed from all newsletter and mailing lists.
Legal Compliance: We retain only minimal data required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
