"LinguaBridge is a multi-generational learning center. These terms are designed to facilitate academic excellence while ensuring the safety of every student, from young children to adult professionals."
By enrolling in our programs or using our digital platform, you enter into a binding agreement with LinguaBridge. We have elaborated on our policies regarding scheduling, safety, and academic integrity to provide absolute clarity for all families and individuals.
Enrollment & Minor Provisions
Our center welcomes learners of all ages. To ensure a legal and safe environment, specific registration requirements apply:
Adult Learners (18+)
Adults may register independently and are solely responsible for their conduct and adherence to the Center's professional standards during all sessions.
Young Learners (Under 18)
Enrollment must be completed by a legal guardian. Guardians agree to monitor their child's digital interactions and maintain communication with Center faculty.
Sessions & Scheduling
Efficiency is key to language acquisition. We maintain a strict scheduling policy to respect the time of both students and instructors:
24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a full session charge to compensate the instructor's time.
Punctuality Policy
Instructors will wait for 15 minutes. If a student is absent beyond this window without notice, the session is forfeited and considered complete.
Student Safeguarding & Conduct
We provide a sanctuary for learning. Conduct that compromises the psychological or physical safety of our members is strictly prohibited:
- visibility Professional Environment: All sessions must occur in a quiet, appropriate setting. Proper attire is required for all video interactions regardless of age.
- forum Communication: Interactions between students and tutors must remain within Center-approved platforms. Private contact for minors is strictly forbidden.
- block Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discriminatory language, or inappropriate content sharing results in immediate, permanent expulsion without refund.
Academic Integrity & Materials
Our curriculum is the result of years of expert pedagogical research. Use of these materials is governed by specific intellectual property rights:
Personal Use License
Materials are provided solely for the enrolled student's personal development. Recording sessions or distributing PDF worksheets is a violation of international copyright.
Homework & Testing
Students are expected to submit their own work. Reliance on unauthorized AI tools or external translation services during assessments undermines the learning process and may result in a non-completion status.
Financial Terms & Refunds
Transparency in billing ensures a healthy partnership between the Center and our students:
- • Prepayment is required for all session blocks and group courses.
- • Refunds are eligible only if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the start of the first session.
- • Unused session credits expire 180 days after the date of purchase.
